MEP Consulting LLC provided design assistance in providing drawings for submission to the Health Department for the domestic water and irrigation water system for the Pe’Ahi Farms private development. The development consisted of approximately 270 acres split into 16 future building lots varying in size from 3 acres to 70 acres. The system consisted of 2 well pumps, 2 above ground storage tanks, water filtration and chlorination.

New open/flex studio located in a new Industrial Park in Milwaukie.
Project consisted of a front office area of approximately 3,300 square feet, which included a waiting area, front offices, copy/supply room and conference rooms. Also included was a Pre-Press/Color Department of approximately 2,300 square feet which contained proofing equipment, workstations, viewing rooms and printer room.
The open studio was approximately 22,000 square feet and included dressing rooms, the open studio, and a prep kitchen with gas-fired cooking equipment. Adjacent to the open studio there was a warehouse areaof approximately 10,000 square feet and it included a prep room, set shop with equipment, storage and a loading dock. Other defined spaces included a server room with dedicated HVAC, toilet rooms, break room with microwave and sink, and shower.
